How it works
- 1
Make a template once
Your layout, your branding. Start from an example or let us build it with you.
- 2
Send new data
From your app, Airtable, Google Sheets, n8n or Make — through the API.
- 3
Get a finished PDF
Same layout every time, ready to print, send or store wherever you already do.
Example · packing slips
Three items or three hundred.
Send the order's line items and the table grows to fit. Long orders continue onto new pages with the header repeated and every page numbered.

Send one sample (dummy data is fine) and tell us where your data lives. We build the template with you and help connect it. No call required.

Contact usWhat is PixlDocs?
PixlDocs turns your data into ready-to-use PDFs using reusable templates. You design the document once; each time new data arrives, you get a finished PDF back.
Is it really free?
Yes — PixlDocs is free for 1 year, starting October 2026, while we work closely with early users. New accounts get starter credits; if you run out, ask and we top them up for free. No credit card.
How do I start?
Open the packing-slip example, change any field and generate the PDF — no account needed. When you want your own document, create a free account or send us one sample and we set it up with you.
Does it work with my tools?
PixlDocs makes the PDF; your existing tools keep doing the rest. Anything that can send an HTTP request can use it, and there is a public n8n node. Your data is sent to PixlDocs to render each PDF.
